Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or non-attendance are normally non-refundable. If F1 Sim Coaching needs to cancel and no suitable alternative can be arranged, a full refund will be provided. If technical problems prevent a session taking place, we'll first try to resolve or rearrange it. Once a £10 consultation has taken place, that consultation fee is non-refundable, but the £10 remains credit toward your first £45 1-to-1 coaching session. This policy does not affect applicable statutory consumer rights.
